My latest Vogue just arrived at my doorstep, and although it hurts me to say this.. I'm a little dissappointed. I KNOW they already did a spring coverage, but I was expecting a little more. I adore Natalia and Gisele, but I already know their stories, and although some girls would pounce at the opportunity to read about what Gisele has in her closet, I found it a little disheartening. However, the face of Lakshmi Menon made it a bit better with her fresh and cultural bohmeian look. The thing that caught my eye was the colour-blocked Michael Kors graphic-print dress, the not-too-short, not-too-long dash of summer that would ensure any girl the right to have fun in the sun with it's playful design. You would never catch me saying that my love of Vogue was wilting, but merely taking a break. My eyes are in need of bold and vibrant colours- not a fold out of models. So, I turned to Nylon, and found a not quite my normal buy, but something crazy and colourful that satisfied my risky taste. What do you think? Found anything lately that doesn't quite fit on your normal palate, but caused a buzz?
